Valve train kits are not cheap, but at bigger power they are required to prevent valve float.
So we have been testing a more affordable solution using Genuine R8 valve springs on the EA113 TFSi engines and the Gen 1 Tsi engine of which the results have proven positive.
Price includes shim kit for the exhaust valves. This increases the seat pressure to help with high rpm valve float on vehicles with higher exhaust manifold pressures.

Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions. AKS Tuning must be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
