Genuine VAG 02M & 02Q Steel Selector Shifter Forks - 02M311178C

These steel shift forks are a genuine replacement for the brass forks found in the 02M and 02Q gearboxes.

The idea of replacing the forks is to improve the strength of gear box component's especially for those with highly tuned cars.

We use these in all of our uprated gearbox builds and have proven to be worth the upgrade.

Generally these are a straight up replacement, but for some gearboxes minor adjustment to the fork may be required.

Please Note !

This kit contains 1st to 2nd, 3rd to 4th, 5th to 6th and reverse forks. If you are retrofitting the steel selector forks as an upgrade, and your existing forks are brass, you will only be able to use forks for 1st to 2nd and 3rd to 4th. The 5th to 6th and reverse forks cannot be used, so these will be surplus.

If you are using these as replacement parts for a gearbox which allready has steel selector forks, you can use all the forks supplied.

When purchased we will supply you with all the forks that come in the kit, but as above in some cases you may not need all of them!
